Access to live web hosting is provided via a recurring subscription, and all financial transactions are securely conducted by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. By purchasing a subscription, you expressly consent to the immediate start of the digital hosting services and acknowledge that you thereby waive your statutory 14-day EU right of withdrawal. Because services are provisioned instantly upon successful payment, our platform policy is that fees are non-refundable. However, because Lemon Squeezy is the legal entity processing your payment, all billing disputes, chargebacks, and formal refund requests are ultimately governed by and processed in accordance with Lemon Squeezy's official policies. If a subscription is canceled or a payment fails, we reserve the right to unpublish the hosted website.

5. Intellectual Property & User Content License
You retain full ownership of the text and data you input. However, all pre-made assets (templates, images, audio, cursors, and designs) provided in the editor are our original creations and remain our exclusive intellectual property.
